Staff/Regular Employment

Employees onboarded with the assistance of Sarah Shipley [Human Resources Coordinator]:

  • Staff / Regular Employment – Regular employees are regularly scheduled to work 17.5 hours or more per week for a period exceeding 90 days in duration and/or will be regularly paid at the rate of at least $15,000 per year. Regular employees whose positions are for more than 90 days but generally less than two years are designated term employees. Term employment may be extended for a longer period of time. Regular employees receive the full benefits package currently offered by the University.
